Viewlets

Viewlets have been built using Qarbon ViewletBuilder, to provide high-quality, user-friendly tutorials on bioinformatics software. At present these contain a brief introduction to RasMol and the molecular modeling package Swiss-PDB viewer. More will appear in due course. N.B. these are only accessible from the UCL/BBK network.

HTMLW Practicals

The HTMLW system was developed by Andrew Martin as a simple tool for creating consistent, attractive web-based practical materials with a minimal investment of time. The software is freely available and fully open-source. The web-based practicals can be accessed from within UCL and Birkbeck.
